Upon purchase you understand and that you are agreeing to the following. You as the student are
buying the instructor’s time for the class which you have chosen. As the student it is up to you to attend the class. You are not purchasing a class credit that can be redeemed for another class of your choosing.
Classes that are missed due to illness or unforeseen circumstances can be made up by watching videos that cover the missed material, if desired. Live make up classes are not available. If you miss a class entirely you do not have a credit to be used at your discretion. Please keep this attendance policy in mind for the class.
Due to very limited class sizes and to be fair to all students who are interested in participating in a class, we have the following refund policy. Upon purchase you are agreeing to the Idaho Art Classes refund policy. Canceling a class 7 days or more before the class start date will result in a full refund of the class payment.
If canceling 3-6 days from the class start date, a 70% refund will be given. If canceling 1-2 days before
the class start date, a 50% refund will be given. If canceling the day of the class or student is a no show, no refund or credit will be given.
Transferring to Another Class
Class transfers are based upon availability of the desired class. If class transfers are requested 7 days or more before the original class start date, there will be a $10.00 transfer fee. Those requesting to be
transferred less than 7 days prior to the class start date will be charged a $15.00 transfer fee
